Where have they just come from - Club Culture

Sally has just been out shopping with Lothar where he has brought her a fur coat and jewellery.  I could image that he has shown her to the glamorous life and taken her to Harrods in London. They also brought a present for Brian. They would have just had lunch at an expensive restaurant where she would have picked one of the most expensive things as living like this never happens to Sally. She also would have been flirting with him the whole day.
